Constantly Exploring and Answering What Marxism Is and How to Treat Marxism——CPC’s Theoretical Innovation Path of Sixty Years

新中国成立以来的60年中的前30年,第一代中央领导集体初步探索和回答了什么是马克思主义、怎样对待马克思主义的问题,形成了毛泽东关于社会主义革命和社会主义建设的思想;后30年,我们党创造性地探索和回答了什么是马克思主义、怎样对待马克思主义的问题,逐渐形成和不断完善中国特色社会主义理论体系。60年来,我们党不断探索和回答什么是马克思主义、怎样对待马克思主义成为党推进马克思主义理论创新的一条重要经验,有着重要启示。

During the first 30 years since the foundation of the New China, the first generation of the central leaders’ group had made a tentative exploration to answer what Marxism is and how to treat Marxism, thus leading to the formation of Mao Zedong’s thought about socialist revolution and construction. During the second 30 years of the 60 years since the foundation of the New China, our Party has been creatively exploring and answering what Marxism is and how to treat Marxism. These theories gradually developed and perfected the theoretical system of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. During the past 60 years, our Party explored what Marxism is and how to treat Marxism constantly, which is a fundamental experience for the theoretical innovation of Marxism.
