藏猪繁殖性状遗传参数分析

Estimation of Genetic Parameters of Reproductive Traits of Tibet Pig

藏猪是中国特有的高原型地方猪种,本研究采用非求导约束最大似然(MTDFREML)方法对藏猪繁殖性状进行遗传分析。结果估算出藏猪乳头数、总产仔数、产活仔数、初生窝重、断奶仔数、断奶窝重的遗传力分别为0.36、0.12、0.10、0.13、0.09和0.12,乳头数与断奶窝重、初生窝重和断奶仔数存在明显的遗传力相关。

Tibet pig is a special Chinese indigenous pig breed native to high-altitude areas of Tibet.In the present study,the genetic parameters of reproductive traits Tibet pig population were estimated using the method of MTDFREML.The results showed that the heritability of nipple number,total number born,number born alive,litter weight at birth,litter size at weaning,and litter weight at weaning were 0.36,0.12,0.10,0.13,0.09 and 0.12 respectively.The genetic correlations of nipple number with litter weight at weaning, litter weight at birth and litter size at weaning were significant.
