矿区循环经济评价指标体系的构建及评价方法研究 被引量:16

摘要 基于循环经济理论与评价指标体系建立的一般原则,结合我国煤炭矿区的特点,本文首先构建了矿区循环经济评价的指标体系。其指标体系由资源产出、资源消耗、资源综合利用、废物排放四个一级指标组成,每个一级指标又包括相应的二级指标;然后,确定了基于熵和AHP的矿区循环经济评价方法,把利用AHP得到的主观权重与评价对象固有信息计算出的熵权相结合,得到综合权重;最后,计算出矿区循环经济发展水平总指数。本评价方法在淮北矿区得到了具体应用,效果较好。 Based on the theory of circular economy and the guidelines of assessment index system's establishment, and combined with the characteristics of mining area, this paper establishes assessment index system of mining areats circular economic. The index system are constituted by the resources output index, the resources consumption index, the resources comprehensive utilization index, and the reducing emissions index, and each index includes corresponding secondary index. Then this paper confirms the evaluation method of mining area's circular economy based AHP and entropy. The whole index of mining area's circular economic is calculated by integrative weight which are composed of the subjective weight and entropy weight. The application of Huaibei mining area indicates that the evaluation method is feasible.
