摘要
本文首先概述了现代人才测评的理论基础和方法应用,然后分析了部分中央公益性地质调查单位人才测评工作的现状。结合存在的问题,对如何构建人才测评指标体系、完善人才考评标准、改进人才考评方式进行了论述,并给出了具体建议。
Firstly,modern assessment theory foundation,method and application are summarized.Then the current situations of personnel assessment in some central public-interest units are analyzed.To the questions,how to build and perfect the index system,standard and means of geology talent assessment are discussed and concrete suggestions are given in the end.
