摘要
建设以团体创造力为核心指标的高校学术创新团队,首先应当通过团队成员的互动协商,塑造团体的"共同愿景",唤起团体内部的"创造性冲动";其次,必须转变团队的领导模式。领导者应以个人魅力影响成员的思想和行为,运用各种策略激励、启迪、关怀、尊重团队成员,从根本上改变团队成员的心智模式;最后,开展青年科学家的创新教育,不断激发他们的创造潜能,才能永葆团队的创新活力。
It is very important to build the academic innovation team taking team innovation as key roles. Firstly,we should fire the imagination of members and model culture of teams by using interaction between members and members. Secondly,we must change the leader model of teams. The leaders should use all kinds of strategies to enlighten,excite and help team members,and change the thinking model of members in essence. Finally,major colleges should launch innovation teaching of young scientists and inspire their innovations in order to keep permanently the team creation.
