The well-known Tibetan language study expert, Mr. Hu Tan, is a professor and PhD. supervisor at Central University for Nationalities who started his study on Tibetan language since the foundation of China. The paper is the record of the writer＇s interview of him on the respects of Tibetan dialects, written language, intonation and its application.
