摘要
西藏高校毕业分配制度取消后,毕业生就业面临"双向选择"和"自主择业"的转型。于是,就业指导教育成为了人们关注的热点。文章结合西藏高校实际,阐明了西藏高校开展就业指导教育的必要性,构建了"三位一体"就业指导教育模式,并提出了西藏高校就业指导教育的开展应遵循的五项原则,以期为西藏高校的就业指导教育提供建议。
Since the abolition of the job distribution system, college graduates in Tibet have faced the transition of a ＂two-way selection＂ and ＂self-seeking for jobs＂. Thus, employment guidance has become a heated topic. Under this circumstance, the paper, based on the real condition of Tibet＇s colleges, discusses the necessity of carrying out career guidance in Tibet＇s universities and puts forward the trinity model of career guidance and the principles of how to carry out career guidance in the universities.
