摘要
由于电力系统对设备小型化、智能化、可靠性的要求越来越高,而常规的变电站自动化系统在应用中又存在诸多不足,已不能适应电网的发展和电力市场化的需要,所以变电站技术发展的前景是数字化变电站。论述了数字化变电站自动化系统的主要技术特征、结构和发展前景,分析了数字化变电站自动化系统的通信网络选型中的要求,详细研究了数字化变电站自动化系统中网络通信技术的应用和网络通信技术的三种结构模式。对数字化变电站通信体系规划、应用标准、实施方案等作了全面阐述。
Requirements of miniaturized, intellectual, high security electric power equipments are higher in power system. The conventional substation has its own deficiency in the application. It can not meet the needs of development of electric power web and electric power system market. The perspective of conventional substation is digital substation. The paper introduces main technical features, structures and development prospects of digital substation. Application of web communication and three kinds of modes of digital substation are discussed in detail. The paper analyzes the needs of communication in digital substation and elaborates chief problems of digital substation such as communication system programming, application standard, executive plan and so on.
