小切口胆囊切除术的临床应用

The Application of Mini-cholecystectomy

目的讨论小切口胆囊切除术（MC）的手术经验及体会。方法回顾2003年8月-2008年10月收治的132例胆石症、胆囊息肉、胆囊炎经MC的临床资料。结果行MC术132例，成功127例，使用顺逆结合的方法切除，获成功。平均手术时间50．6min，脂肪液化1例，切口感染1例。结论MC术具有损伤小、住院时间短、费用少、无需特殊装备，在基层医院较为实用。

Objective To discuss the operation experience and comprehension about mini-cholecystectomy. Methods Reviewing the clinical data about 132 patients with histologically confirmed cholelithiasis,cholecystpolypus,cholecystitis who got the operation of MC from 2003.08 to 2008.10 in our hospital.Result The 127 cases among 132 cases with the application of conbination of antero- and retro-grade technique were cured with minicholecystectomy.The mean time of operation is 50.6min.One case incision of fat were dissolved, one is infection. Conclusion The MC is a perfect operation with slight trauma,less length of Stay,less cost and no required special equipment;which is comparatively practical in basic level hospital.
