摘要 目的总结LISS钢板治疗胫骨近端复杂性骨折的疗效。方法2007年2月~2008年8月采用LISS钢板治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折共10例,男7例,女3例,年龄31~68岁,平均42岁。术后对伤口愈合、术后X线片检查及膝关节功能进行观察。结果随访6~16个月,平均9月;骨折临床愈合时间8-16周,ROM80°~130°,平均107°,全部患者无骨折再移位,内固定失败并发症。结论LISS钢板治疗胫骨近端骨折具有软组织创伤小,骨折愈合快,感染率低、功能恢复好等优点,是治疗胫骨近端复杂性骨折的一种有效内固定方法。 Objective To observe the application of LISS plate in the treatment of complex proximal tibial fractures.Methods Ten cases high-energy proximal tibial fractures were treated with less invasive stabilization system (LISS) by minimally invasive techniques from February 2007 to August 2008.There are 7 males and 3 females, with average age of 42 years (range 31-68 years).Healing of wounds,the X-ray films after operations,and the recovery of knee joint function were observed.Results All patients have been followed up for 6-16 months with an average of 9 months.Th'e fracture healing time was 8-16 weeks,ROM 80° -130°,Fracture healing was defined as radiological evidence of bridging mature callus combined with pain-free full weight bearing.No displacement, no angulation or failure of internal fixation took place.Conclusion It has many obvious advantages using LISS in the treatment of high-energy proximal tibial fractures: less soft tissue trauma,less damage to the blood vessel of the bone, rapid union,lower infection rate;It is an effective method of internal fixation for treating complex comminuted fractures at proximal tibia and shaft of tibia.
