肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的螺旋CT诊断

Spiral CT Diagnosis of Renal Angiomyolipoma

目的 评价螺旋CT对。肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析23例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现。结果22例诊断正确，瘤体内可见脂肪、血管及平滑肌成分；1例因瘤体内未见脂肪误诊为肾细胞癌。结论螺旋CT能准确诊断典型的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤，并能显示肿块与周围结构的关系，为临床治疗提供较可靠的信息。

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the spiral CT diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma （RAML）. Methods CT findings of 23 cases with RAML were analyzed retrospectively. Results 22 cases were accurately diagnosed as RAML, as CT showed fat, blood vessel and smooth muscle within the tumors, 1 case was misdiagnosed as renal cell carcinoma（RCC） because of no fat shown.Conclusion CT can accurately diagnose a typical RAML, and display the relationship with adjacent constructions of the tumors and provide reliable information for clinical treatment.
