水胶体透明贴和微波联合预防PICC机械性静脉炎的效果分析

Preventing PICC Induced Mechanical Phlebitis with Transparent Dressing and Microwave

目的探讨水胶体透明贴和微波治疗预防PICC机械性静脉炎的临床效果。方法选择肿瘤术后化疗患者80例，随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在PICC置管后在置管上方3-6cm处用水胶体透明贴平贴，联合微波治疗。而对照组在置管后无任何处理，只使用常规透明敷料固定。两组病例均连续观察3周，应用无菌性静脉炎INS分级标准进行评估。结果使用水胶体透明贴和微波治疗的实验组发生静脉炎的机率和程度显著低于对照组。结论机械性静脉炎是PICC置管后常见的并发症，水胶体透明贴和微波治疗联合可大大减少其发生率，同时使其程度减轻。该方法使肿瘤患者能易于接受PICC，并减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of preventing PICC induced mechanical phlebitis with transparent dressing and microwave.Method Eighty patients who will take the adjuvant chemotherapy was chosen and divided to treatment group and control group randomly. Patients in treatment group are treated by transparent dressing, which pasted 3-6cm above the puncture point,and microwave,while control group was treated by the transparent film dressing as we do in usual. All the patients were observed and assessed by the INS grading standard during three weeks＇ continuous observation. Results The probability and degree are lower in the treatment group while comparing to the control group,Conclusion Mechanical phlebitis is the most probable complication after PICC. But the probability and degree of mechanical phlebitis are lower in treating with the transparent dressing and microwave.Patients can go through the PICC easily and with little suffering with this method.
