云南近几年来的医改有着几分"穷则变"的意味,在政府投入不足的情形下,其选择多元化办医的改革路径也是必然。本文是云南省卫生厅厅长陈觉民对几年来云南多元化办医变革探索的"反刍",对其他地区的医改探索当有较强借鉴意义。

In recent years,the healthcare reform in Yunan Province demonstrates the saying 'deprivation leads to changes'.Since the government has not provided sufficient investments,to attract multiple investments for constituting hospital system becomes the inevitable way of reform.
