摘要 为使食品、药品及可食性基材等可食性物质表面具有图案和鲜艳色彩,需要研制新型环保可食性印刷油墨,可以直接印刷于食品、药品等可食性物质表面,其应具有颜色鲜艳、无毒、可食用等特点。本研究基于传统油墨研制机理,通过合理选材,研制出一种可食性油墨,并对这种可食性油墨的黏度、流动性、触变性进行了研究。结果表明本实验所研制的油墨拥有良好的流变学特质,为可食性油墨的进一步研究提供了参考。 In order to printing chromatic color and pattern on the surface of food, medicine and edible materials, the new ink with chromatic color, innocuity and edible was needed. In this paper, based on the traditional ink research, a kind of edible ink was prepared through reasonable selections, and its viscosity, liquidity, thixotropism were studied. The conclusion indicates that the edible ink has good trait in rheology, and can be used as a reference in the future research.
