摘要
本文重点研究考虑关键部件的线性包装系统在脉冲激励下的冲击特性。建立二自由度线性包装系统模型,得到冲击动力学方程并数值求解。讨论了频率比、质量比、关键部件阻尼比、材料阻尼比、脉冲激励幅值对系统冲击响应的影响规律。结果表明,各参数对系统冲击响应加速度峰值、最大变形量的影响显著。本研究可为产品包装设计提供科学依据。
The shock characteristics of a linear packaging system with critical component were mvestigatea unaer the action of half-sine acceleration pulse. The two-degree-of-freedom model of the system was developed, and the numerical results of the dynamical equations were obtained. Based on the results, the effect of frequency ratio, mass ratio, damping ratio of critical component and cushion, pulse peak acceleration in addition to pulse duration on the maximum response acceleration and deformation of critical component was discussed. It's shown that all of their effects are noticeable. The results lead to significant insights into the design of cushioning packaging.
