Abstract:The basic tasks and main contents of the spectral photometry are described in this paper,and the international academic activities in this metrological field are introduced.The emphasis is laid on the present conditions of the primary standard for spectral regular transmission ratio and the comparison results of quantity values.It has been pointed out that the Fourier Transform IR(FTIR) Spectrometer is one of the most important spectral measuring instruments.The traceability of quantity values of FTIR spectrometer and its international equivalence are also discussed.
