摘要
本文对油介质流量标准装置进行了分析。结合计量院建立的静态质量法油流量标准装置，对装置中的稳压、称量系统、换向器、消气器等影响装置计量性能的部分所存在的问题提出了具体的解决办法。检定结果表明，该装置能够高准确度、高效率检定各种油流量计，尤其适于质量流量计的检定。装置的总不确定度在±０．０５％以内。
Abstract: The oil medium flow standard devices are analyzed in this paper. Considering the static oil flow standard device established by the National Institute of Metrology, we point out the problems existed in the voltage stabilization system, weighing system, switching apparatus and gas damper, which affect the metrological properties of such standard devices. It has been shown, that this device has accuracy and efficiency high enough to measure all different kinds of flow meters, especially suitable for the calibration of mass flow meters. The total uncertainty of the device is within±0.05%.
