全麻诱导下行剖宫产术的安全性研究

目的:观察分析全麻诱导下行剖宫产术的安全性及可行性。方法:选择ASA 1～2级足月孕正常产妇120例,随机分为持硬组和,全麻组。观察新生儿1、5、10分钟,Apgar评分及产妇出血量。结果:两组新生儿Apgar评分及产妇出血量差异无显著性。结论:全麻诱导下行剖宫产术是安全可行的,值得临床推广。

Objictive：This paper aims to observe the safety and feasibility of cesarean section when it is operated under the general anesthesia. Methods ： divide the 120 ASA1 - 2 full - term pregnant normal woman into two groups. Group 1 is the continuous epidural anesthesia and Group 2 is general anesthesia. Observe and record neonatal 1 minute, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes APGAR scores and postpartum hemorrhage flooding. Results： two groups of neonatal APGAR score and postpartum hemorrhage flooding have no significant differences. Conclusion： it＇s safe and feasible when cesarean section be employed under general anesthesia so it is worth popularizing.
