摘要
项目负责人了解有效的通信对减少项目复杂性的重要性。这尤其适合于多家中型企业合作参与的网上联合开发产品项目。本文在说明通信过程的基本任务之后，通过一实例描述了通信过程的系统设置。最后，介绍了实例所依据的方法。
Proect managers know the significance of effective communication in reducing complexity ofprojects. Especially, it applies to the proects of netting development of products in which a number of medium-sized enterprises collaborae. The principial tasks of communication processes are illustrated with an example ofsystematic designing and its methodolory.
