实施绩效工资是配合基本药物制度采取的一项重要措施。基本药物制度实行后,以往医疗机构收入中的"药品加成"将被取消。医疗机构失去药品收入部分,急需新的补偿来源。绩效工资正是为医疗机构输入新的血液。
Reform of performance salary is one of the important measures that go with the implementation of Basic Medicine System. Once the Basic medicine System is in place, drug price addition as part of income for medical institutions will be canceled. Therefore, medical institutions need to find new ways to compensate this loss, and performance salary comes to the rescue.
