摘要 评价舒血宁注射液(银杏叶提取物)联用尼莫地平对椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:对60例VBI性眩晕采用舒血宁注射液加尼莫地平治疗。14天后观察患者临床症状、血液动力学改善情况及经颅多普勒(TCD)血流动力学改变。结果:①两药联用总有效率91.7%;②治疗后血液动力学指标,血流动力学指标均有显著改善。结论:舒血宁联用尼莫地平治疗VBI性眩晕疗效明显。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Ginkgo Biloba Extact combined Ninodipine in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Methods: 60 VBI patients were treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract and Ninodipine 14 days after the treatment clinical symptoms hemorheology and transoeranial Doppler (TCD)on the patients were observed. Results : The efficacy rate was91.7%. After treatment the hemorheology index was improved greatly and all of the transocranial (TCD) were significantly higher than that before treatment. Conclusion: Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Ninodipine on vertigo patients of vertebrobasilar insufficiency shows obvious curing effectiveness
