应用超纯水透析对透析中低血压的影响

目的:了解血液净化中心血液透析患者应用超纯水后对低血压的影响。方法:采用回顾性调查的方法,统计2002年5月1日～2006年5月10日期间,于血液净化中心行维持性血液透患者析39例,比较相同的病人在应用超纯水透析前2年和超纯水透析后2年低血压的发生率。结果:患者在超纯水透析中较非超纯水透析中低血压发生率降低(P<0.01)。结论:应用超纯水透析可降低低血压的发生率。

Objective：To investigate the incidence of hypotension which occurred after the application of ultra - pure water in our dialysis center. Methods： A retrospective survey methodology. Thirty - nine cases of maintenance hemodialysis were collected from 2002.5.1 to 2006.5.10 in the dialysis center in our hospital, hypotension times was calculated before and after the appliation of ultra- pure water. Results：the incidence of hypotension in application of ultrapure water is lower than those in no - ultrapure water in dialysis （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Application of ultra- pure water in dialysis can reduce the incidence of hypotension.
