The supply and demand relation of loans go balanced at the time of economic expansion, and the supply and demand relation of loans go unbalanced at the time of economic austerity. The impact of international financial crisis on our economic development is bound to intensify the supply and demand contradictions of student loans. The counter cycle supply mechanism is the realistic requirement of the student loans development in China. We can fully utilize proactive fiscal policy and looser monetary policy, refer to the range of variation in the employment rate of university graduates, and adjust the proportion upper limit of the risk premium, so as to construct our counter cycle supply mechanism of the student loans in China, meeting students＇ demand for loans and promoting the stable development of student loans and macro-economy.
