With the development of information technology,publishing technology,storage technology and network technology,library s collection structure has undergone profound and significant changes.Digital resources have become the important part in the construction of library collection.This paper,through analyzing the database acquisitioning modes and database acquisitioning principles,points out that university Library should be based on the needs of readers,purchase the electronic resources in great need with the most favorable price in order to make maximum use of the colleetion of resourees.
