摘要
针对水利工程各阶段的特点,论述了工程造价控制在各阶段中所起的作用,提出了相应的控制手段,以期对投资者控制造价有一定的借鉴意义。
According to the characteristics of the water conservancy project at various stages,this paper analyzes the functions of construction cost control at the various stages,and puts forward some corresponding control methods in order to provide certain references for the investors？to control the construction cost.
