摘要
从生产企业的角度分析了影响企业与经销商关系的因素,在此基础上提出了企业处理好与经销商的关系,提高分销效率的相关策略。
This paper analyzes the factors influencing the relation between enterprise and dealer from the angle of production enterprise,and based on this,puts forward some strategies for enterprise to cope well with dealers and improve the distribution efficiency.
