摘要 环境压力,特别是全球变暖的压力促使各国政府推进新能源的使用。而这种趋势导致新的电力系统——智能电网的提出。未来电力系统将实现清洁、高效、可靠、自愈及快速响应。介绍了发展智能电网的背景及智能电网的主要目标与功能,阐述了国内外智能电网的发展现状,讨论了制造厂商、系统运营商以及信息技术提供商等不同方面对智能电网的理解,指出为实现可靠供电,自愈性的智能电网是电网建设的必然选择。 Environmental concern, particularly global warming, has prompted the governments of all countries to push the application of new energy resources. This trend gives rise to the proposal of the new electrical power system, the smart grid. Tomorrow's electric power system will realize the cleaning, high-efficiency, reliableness, self-healing and quick response. This paper introduces the background on which the smart grid develops and the main targets and functions of the smart grid, expounds the current development of the smart grid in China and foreign countries, discusses the different cognitions of manufacturers, system carriers and IT providers on the smart grid, , the major characteristics of the smart grid are represented. The ideas from different partiers of smart grid, and points out that the self-healing smart grid is an inevitable choice of the power grid construction for realizing the reliable power supply.
