摘要
分析了高校聘用制人事制度改革下的高校人事档案管理的现状,指出高校人事档案管理应从规章制度、档案信息、数字化信息化入手,促进档案的开发利用,高校人事档案的管理只有配合学校人事制度改革和人力资源的管理,才能为学校"人才强校"作出贡献。
This paper analyzes the present situation of personnel file management of university under personnel system reform,and points out that personnel file management of university should start from the rules and regulations,the file information and digitalization and informatization,promote the development and utilization of file information,and the personnel file management of university must cooperate with personnel system reform and human resource management of university,and make contributions to Strengthening university by Talents.
