Transformation of crushing automatic control system in Longqiao Iron Mine

针对选矿破碎工艺特点及控制要求开发了一套基于PLC的自动化监控系统。通过PLC的结构化编程实现了控制功能。采用WinCC组态软件实现了上位计算机管理功能及智能控制策略。实践表明,该系统保证了破碎过程的高效运行,控制和管理水平明显提高。

In view of the crushing process characteristic and the demand of control, a set of automatic monitoring system based on the PLC was developed, and realized control function by PLC structural programming. Using WinCC configuration software achieved host computer managing function and intelligent control. The practice indicated that using this system can ensure crushing process running effectively, and can improve control and management.
