摘要
万家寨水电厂GIDIPID1500型调速器在几年的运行中出现了多次同类故障,通过对调速器结构原理和发生故障原因进行全面分析,提出改(造)进的措施,制定综合处理对策.对改造后的调速器运行情况进行实际检查,经过改造和采取一系列有效措施后,保证了机组安全稳定运行.
The GIDIPID1500 governor has broken down many times for the same reasons in recent years in Wanjiazhai Hydraulic Power Station.The author analyses governor s structure principle and the cause of the malfunction,puts forward corresponding countermeasures in combination with concrete experiences.After the improvement and checked the operation of governor,the unit can be run in safer and stable.
