摘要 分析了矿井安全绩效管理系统的特征,构建了矿井安全绩效管理系统的要素体系,比较说明了大安全绩效型矿井与煤矿传统安全绩效观的差异,给出了大安全绩效型矿井的发展思路与框架。 On the basis of an analysis of the features of the mine work safety result management system, this paper presents a group of major components for mine work safety achievements management system. The paper also presents a comparative study on the differences between coal mines that pay a lot of attention to overall work safety management and traditional coal mines with traditional mine work safety management ideas. In this way, this paper presents a complete picture showing the development ideas and frameworks for the overall work safety achievements management system for modern coal mines.
