溶胶-凝胶法TiO_2粉体的制备及表征

Preparation and characterization of nano-TiO_2 powder by sol-gel method

采用了一个新的体系合成TiO_2粉体,在这个体系中,以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,盐酸为稳定剂和催化剂,冰乙酸作为抑制剂。对制备TiO_2粉体的影响因素进行了分析,并用TEM、XRD对该粉体进行了表征。

In this article a new system is used to synthesize the TiO2 powder. In this system, tetrabutyl titanate is used as precursor, hydrochloric acid as stabilizer and catalyst,glacial acetic acid as inhibitor. The influence factor of preparing powder is analyzed. The prepared powder is charactered by TEM and XRD.
