The paper introduces a kinematical viscosity measurement system based on PLC which provides a practical solution for realizing automatization and intellectualization of product quality analysis.It makes PLC further understood in oil product analysis and automatization field.The paper gives detail description about the principle,hardware structure and software design structure of the system.It has been put into use and works well.
