摘要
通过实际生产应用,分析影响铝液除氢精炼效果的因素,根据铝液除氢精炼系统(LARS)的特点,提出提高除氢精炼效果的特殊措施。通过优化石墨转子及氩气运行路径,提高氩气预热效果,优化精炼箱几何形状使之与氩气气泡膨胀程度匹配,除氢精炼效率达到60%-70%。
The influencing factors of hydrogen degassing process in liquid aluminum are analyzed based on the production operation.The special solution for improving hydrogen degassing efficiency according to LARS system design is described.By improving graphite rotors,argon transferring way and argon preheating process,improving the shape and size of the degasser so as to mate with the argon expansion,hydrogen degassing efficiency could be up to 50%-60%.
