摘要
研究2,2'-硫代双对叔辛基苯酚对镍的萃取性能。结果表明,以苯为稀释剂,2,2'-硫代双对叔辛基苯酚的浓度1×10-3mol/L,[N i2+]=0.1g/L,pH=11,萃取时间t=15m in,相比(O/A)=1∶1,镍的萃取率可达98.6%。硫酸是适宜的反萃剂,用4mol/L硫酸反萃负载镍的有机相,单级反萃率可达85.6%。
The extracting performance of 2,2 -thiobis-4-t-octylphenol for nickel is investigated.The results indicate that under the condition of benzene as diluent,the concentration of 2,2 -thiobis-4-t-octylphenol 1×10^-3mol/L,[Ni^2+]=0.1g/L,pH=11,t=15min,phase ratio(O/A)=1∶1,98.6% of the extracting rate of nickel is achieved.Sulfuric acid is the feasible stripping agent,the single-stage stripping rate can reaches 85.6% with 4mol/L sulfuric acid.
