摘要
研究有效综合回收镓、锗、银的工艺从丹霞冶炼厂浸出渣中回收镓、锗。结果表明,经过还原酸浸和高温高酸浸出,镓和锗总回收率分别达89.4%-90.81%和62.88%-70.77%,比现行工艺分别高10%和12%左右,渣率在18.37%-26.81%,锌和银的回收率分别达到95%和92%-95%。
The process to effectively recover Ga,Ge,Ag from zinc leaching residue from Jinshi Yehua Smelter is investigated.The results show that by acid reduction leaching at the first stage and high acidity and high temperature leaching at the second stage,the total recovery of Ga and Ge is up to 89.4%-90.81% and 62.88%-70.77%,increased by a factor of 10% and 12%,respectively.The total recovery of Zn and Ag is up to 95% and92%-95%,respectively.
