摘要 为了准确地评价各气体代谢指标在确定无氧阈时的意义 ,对 2 5名健康男性进行了1min递增的运动平板试验 ,观察了达无氧阈时 1 0项气体代谢指标的变化 ,并对达无氧阈时耗氧量 (VO2 )与各项指标作相关分析。结果 :通气量 (VE ,r =0 .80 0 4) ,二氧化碳排出量 (VCO2 ,r=0 .9743 )与耗氧量 (VO2 )的相关性最好 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。呼吸商 (RQ) (r =0 .4491 ) ,心率与耗氧量呈低度相关 (r =0 .4666) ,明显低于通气量和二氧化碳排出量的相关系数 ,故以心率和呼吸商作为确定无氧阈的指标 ,其准确性要明显低于通气量和二氧化碳排出量。 In order to demonstrate the possibility of evaluating anaerobic threshold (AT)by gas exchange parameters,treadmill exercise tests were made by 1-min increment protocol in 25 healthy young men. Ten parameters of gas exchange were collected when AT was reached. The analysis showed that correlation between V O 2 and VE (r=0.8004) or V CO 2 (r=0.9743) are high. While correlation between V O 2 and RQ (r=0.4491) or HR (r=0.4666) are significantly lower.So the accuracy of VE and V CO 2 is higher than that HR or RQ for the determination of AT.
