A Survey of Research on Misalignment of Rotary Machinery

介绍了国内外研究不对中故障的机理、特征及对轴系稳定性的影响，总结不对中故障特征，充实故障诊断专家系统。

In order to grasp the forming and developing process of misalignment,to understand its essence and characteristics and accordingly to establish its fault pattern for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotary machinery,the mechanism of typical misalignment is studied in this paper.According to the characteristics of the coupling and the present situation in research on the mechanism of misaligment both at home and abroad the misalignment is classified in detail.Also the cause,the mechanism,the characteristics of the misalignment and its effects on the stability of the shafts of the muchinery are introduced.The characteristics of the misalignment have also been summarized to enrich the expert system with diagnosis rules.
