摘要 在振动噪声特性分析的基础上,揭示了振动与噪声发生的机理,并以试验为基础,指出了轴转频对啮合频率的调制影响,同时提出了噪声的控制措施。 Gears are generally the most important components in a power transmission system. It has been shown by many experiments that gears are the main souse of vibration and noise of the system.Having analyzed the vibration noise properties, we revealed in this paper the mechanisms of the vibration and noise. Based on experiments, we also indicated the modulation influence of the shaft rotating speed on the engaging frequency of the gears. Some measures for the control of the noise are suggested.
