摘要
研究了不同浓度(10%、5%、2.5%和1.7%)的火炬树(Rhus typhina)果穗水浸提液对小麦种子萌发的化感作用。结果表明,火炬树果穗水浸提液对小麦种子的萌发具有强烈的抑制作用。1.7%、2.5%、5%和10%的火炬树果穗水浸提液处理的小麦种子萌发率从对照(蒸馏水处理)的98.9%分别降到81.1%、74.4%、46.7%和26.7%,萌发率、萌发指数和幼苗活力指数均显著低于对照(P<0.05),而且萌发进程延迟。火炬树果穗水浸提液对萌发指数的化感效应最强,对幼苗活力指数的化感效应次之,对萌发速率系数的化感效应最弱。
Allelopathic effects of different concentration ( 10% ,5% ,2.5% and 1.7% ,respectively) of water extraction from fruit cluster of Rhus typhina on germination of wheat seeds were investigated. The results indicated that seed germination was significantly inhibited by the water extractions of R. typhina fruit cluster. Germination percentage for seeds treated with water extractions of 1.7% ,2.5% ,5% and 10% reduced significantly from 98.9% (control,treated with distilled water) to 81.1% ,74.4% ,46.7% and 26.7% ,respectively. The germination percentage, germination index and vigor index for seeds treated with different concentrations of extraction were lower than those of control and the germination course was delayed for seeds treated with different concentration of extractions. The strongest allelopathy on the germination index was observed and followed with that on vigor index. The effect on coefficient of germination rate was the lowest.
