摘要
对油葵进行不同土壤含盐量处理盆栽试验,结果表明,随着土壤含盐量的增加,油葵的生育期延长、株高变矮、茎粗变细、盘径变小、干物质和产量有较大幅度地下降,但叶片数的变化不明显。回归分析显示,盐胁迫对油葵各性状影响的大小顺序为产量、盘径、干物质、生育时期、株高、叶片数、茎粗。通过各主要性状和土壤含盐量对油葵产量的通径分析,结果显示,在不同土壤含盐量的条件下,盘径和干物质是影响产量的两个主要因素,叶片数对产量的作用最小。
Pot experiments of oil sunflowers with different salt contents in soil were carried out. The results showed that with the salt content increased, the growth period of oil sunflowers prolonged, plant height, stems diameter, the diameter of disc, dry matter and yield decreased significantly, but the decrease of leaf number was not significant. The regression analysis showed that the order of factors affected by salt stress was yield 〉 the diameter of disc 〉 dry matter 〉 maturity 〉 plant height 〉 leaf number 〉 stem diameter. Path analysis showed that under salt stress the diameter of disc and dry matter were two very important factors affecting the yield of oil sunflower and the influence of leaf number on yield was least.
