The seed vitality is an important indicator of seed quality.The wheat seed s after-ripening,the water content as well as the environmental factors are the primary factors for wheat seed vitality.This paper proposed the control techniques of wheat seed vitality and the key storage techniques of wheat seed in Jiangsu Province.
