摘要
组织管理中的归因研究对于组织绩效评估、领导成员关系、控制领导过程、组织成员的工作态度和行为等问题均具有重要的理论与实际意义。文章回顾了工作领域中的归因理论研究历程,对领导归因理论、职业归因风格、管理中的归因偏差等一系列研究进行了梳理。最后分析了该领域发展的不足,提出了今后的研究趋向。
In the organizational management, the research of attribution has the important theoretical and practical significance for performance assessment of organization, leader member relationship grasping process of leadership, the work attitude and behavior and so on. The article reviewed the development of occupational attributional style researches in organizational management. Meanwhile, theory of leadership attribution, occupational attributional style, attributional biases in management were systematically analyzed. Based on the relatively complete review of the studies, the paper summarized some problems on the previous research and indicated the future research trend.
