摘要
为提高显微视觉检测的精度,指出微小型结构件的视觉检测过程中应当遵循工艺匹配原则,提出一种基于工艺匹配的边缘检测方法:对不同工艺工件的边缘过渡区进行提取,建立边缘过渡区的数学模型,从模型中确定边缘点精确位置.对不同工艺样件的实验结果表明,该算法考虑了实际加工特性的影响,通过建立过渡区数学模型使边缘检测结果达到亚像素级,而且识别的边缘连续,能进一步满足精密测量的需要.
To improve the accuracy of microvision inspection,an edge detection method based on processing matching principle is proposed: extracting the transition region of parts processed by different machining methods;the polynomial regression mathematics models of transition region are built up and the accurate position obtained from the mathematical model.Experimental results of different samples indicate that this algorithm considered the effects by processing characteristics,and the edge recognition result can reach to the sub-pixel level by establishing the mathematical model of transitional region.The algorithm can also offer a continuous edge,which can meet the precision measurement requirements.
