建立以高效液相色谱法测定根痛平胶囊中葛根素含量的方法,色谱柱为Kromasil^TM C18柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）。色谱条件如下：流动相为甲醇-水（25∶75）,流速为1.0 mL.min^-1,检测波长为250 nm。在0.60-3.00μg检测范围之间,对照品微克数与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=5 840 436.33x-1 105 306.40、r=0.999 7。平均回收率为100.51%,RSD=1.17%。该方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于根痛平胶囊中葛根素的含量控制。

to establish the determination of Puerarin in Gentong Ping Capsules,HPLC was adopted.In this method KromasilTM C18 column（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）was used.the suitable chromatogram conditions were as follows：methanol-water（25∶75）was used as a mobile phase,The detection wave-length was at 250 nm.The detection range is 0.60 -3.00 μg.There is a good linear relationship between consistence and apex-area.The regress equation is Y=5 840 436.33x-1 105 306.40、r=0.999 7.The recovery of the added sample was 100.51%,And RSD was 1.17%. This method is Simple and the result is reliable.
