摘要 对泡沫铝材料的细观结构进行了分析,以等效圆孔近似模拟泡沫铝材料的孔隙。利用C++程序模拟生成随机分布的孔隙,其孔径大小符合统计规律,并以此作为二维建模的基础。通过有限元软件ANSYS对泡沫铝材料进行二维的压缩模拟,分析了其在小变形条件下弹性模量、平台应力等力学性能,其结果与实验较为接近。 Meso-structure of aluminum foam was analyzed and the pores of aluminum foam materials were equivalent to the round holes. The holes, whose positions were random and the size conformed to the statistical law, were produced through C + + program. This would serve as the foundation of the two-dimensional modeling. Finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the two-dimensional compression model. Under the condition of small distortion, the mechanical properties such as elastic modulus, platform stress, etc. was studied. Compares with the experiment, their results are closer.
