摘要
空气钻井广泛应用的同时也出现了许多使生产无法顺利进行的情况,包括气体携屑困难、井眼堵塞、井壁失稳、井下爆炸等。解决这些问题的关键技术之一就是最小注气量的确定。在Guo模型的基础上确定了计算最小注气量的计算公式,分析了环空气体的流速和环空压力,并对修正模型与实际现场比较出现的偏差进行研究分析,完善了空气钻井理论,对现场实践具有指导意义。
As air drilling is applying extensively , many difficult conditions has arisen, including the difficulty of the gas taking crumbs, the jam of the borehole, the buckling of the sidewall, the blast of the downhole and so on. One of the keys to solve the questions is the definition of the minimum gas volume. Based on GUO model, the formula is definited to computing the minimum gas volume and analyzed the velocity in annular and the annular pressure. In addition, the deviation between the modified model and the scene deviation is researched. It improves the theory of the air drilling and gives a conducting meaning.
