基于FPGA的软起动器的研究

摘要 由于异步电动机的传统起动方式会造成冲击电流大、冲击转矩大、冲击力矩大、效率低的缺点,会对电网、电动机本身及其负载机械设备带来不利影响,尤其对于容量较大的电动机,这些危害也就尤为严重。本文以FPGA作控制器,给出了软起动器的硬件结构,并在此基础上进行了实验验证,用示波器记录了实验结果,达到了产品研发的预期效果,具有重要的实用价值。 Because traditional start-up mode of asynchronous motor can cause the shortcomings of high-current,the impact of torque,the impact of torque,low efficiency and yield many adverse effects such as power grid,electrical machinery and equipment itself and its load;In particular,for larger capacity motor these hazards will be particularly serious.FPGA is been Controller in article.I design the hardware structure of soft starter,and experiment to verify On this basis.Oscilloscope record with the experimental results, achieved the desired results of products invention. It has important practical value.
