摘要
以温度作为主要探测参数,采用热电偶为感温元件,AT89S52单片机为控制核心,设计了一种针对餐饮业厨房烟道火灾的探测系统。该系统通过热重法和模拟火灾实验相结合,确定了烟道火灾报警、灭火温度阈值,并可实现烟道火灾自动探测、报警、灭火联动等功能。
This paper introduced a fire detection system against catering business kitchen flue fire,which is based on AT89S52 singlechip microcomputer, and using temperature as the detection parameter, tbermocouples as temperature sensors. Combined with TGA method and simulation fire experiment, the paper defined the alarm and extinguishing temperature threshold of flue fire. The paper designed the hardware structure and software of the system, and can achieve functions of temperature measurement, fire alarm and extinguishing.
