摘要
本文阐述了用马尾松和意杨Ⅰ-72为原料,脲醛胶为胶粘剂,进行高频加热弯曲胶合的试验,并通过对弯曲胶合件力学性能的测试和分析,探讨了马尾松和意杨作为弯曲胶合件的原料的可能性,找出了高频加热弯曲胶合的合理工艺参数,探索了高频电参数对弯曲胶合件主要力学性能的影响和高频加热的均匀性。
In this paper, possibilities of the hybrid pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb.) and poplar 1-72 (popupus euramericana CV. 1-72/58) as the raw material of laminated bends were studied , and optimum technological conditions of the laminated bends with RF heating were found, and influences of frequency and B plus voltage of RF heating on some important mechanical properties of the veneers laminated bends and uniformity of RF heating were studied.
